Beonca AI cannot say enough good things about Tom and Kim Hightower. Kim called me the day before our return date to confirm everything and make sure everything was going well with our move. Very nice and personable. We actually ended up dropping the truck off ahead of schedule. Tom was there to greet us and took care of the check in without any issues. We had a great conversation, and you could tell he enjoys helping others and is great at customer service. My son now lives in Danville, IL and I will make sure we recommend doing business with the Hightowers.
