The dude over charged me and didn't even tell me. he told me a rate and then raised the price when i swiped the card for the amount. then after we agreed on a amount he charged my card again for another 12$ for who knows what and i only wanted to use the trailer for a day and ended up costing me $40 total. the manager at that location will scam you in a heartbeat and would not recommend anyone to use this location. stay away at all cost and use a better u haul dealer.

BRIAN WThere was confusion on the booking which only gave me a 2 day option which I didn’t need so I asked if it was possible to be reimbursed for the time not used(I picked up around 2pm and dropped off at the return location around 10am the next morning). I was told yes that it shouldn’t be a problem and that a note was left on the reservation regarding this. Now I’m told one way pick ups are a flat rate with no reimbursement for time not used, I would never have set this up and paid what I did if that was made clear. Everyone has been extremely friendly but doesn’t change the misinformation.
