Charged me for gas when I filled the truck up! When I picked up the truck I had 367 miles and when I dropped the truck off it had 362 miles left for gas! Poor service. Haven’t received deposit back yet it’s been 3 days!

Hole in the wall convenience store with its main focus on selling Jamaican food. Although very friendly people, they had zero care for the equipment or process it was overwhelmingly clear it was just another way to generate income for them. The equipment I rented ( A motorcycle trailer.) I had to power wash prior to loading my motorcycle. There was an immense amount of caked on sand and clay on the interior nose of the trailer. As well I was told by the Florence store who sent me there I would only be charged for the days equipment was used, well I returned it a day and hours earlier and still have not seen a refund.
