Bo one familiar with the check in process was available. The staff that was there were great about wanting to help, but didn't have the knowledge to do so. When I tried to call Uhaul, the help line could not assist without my confirmed location. I had to take time away from moving to download the app that I didn't want on my phone so I could self check in. I will again emphasize that the drop off location wasn't the problem. It was the Uhaul process that created the problem.

Quicker pick up process

Arlene CVery professional and courteous service at Bones and Belly Rubs. The location is out of the way and took me over 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to from Madison. It’s a good option for customers in SW Wisconsin but should not be an option for customers requesting a pickup in Madison
