I didn't like picking up my vehicle from a liquor store. Originally I had reserved my vehicle at a local U-Haul store, but was called by U-Haul to see if I could pick up at another location. Had I known I'd be picking up at a large liquor store I would not have done that.
HEATHER QMy pickup location was changed from Spruce Hills Road to this DUMP. The attendant was late so the store did not open on time. He was rude. Originally told me he had a TEN foot truck for me instead of the TWENTY foot I reserved. Then he gave me a twenty SIX foot truck which I did NOT want. No furniture pads available, had to go to Spruce Hills location to get those. A big thank you to Caleb at the Spruce Hills location, totally different experience at that location!!!

GREGG SThe person responsible for checking us in was overwhelmed and seemed to be doing 3 different jobs. Our contract had this sight as drop off, but the app had a different location. I had to text UHaul to get it checked in.
