I had an 8 am reservation to pick up truck at spruce hills on Sunday morning. I called to confirm on Friday how the remote pick up would work and was assured a truck would be ready for me at 8. It was not. I called and was able to get a truck at a different location (gas spot) and, although they were friendly, they couldn’t get my information loaded and pick up took almost an hour and included me making a phone call to headquarters. I had my loving helpers li we up at 8 am and didn’t get the truck home until after 9am. It was frustrating and inconvenient. I asked for a discount and was assured a manager would contact me within 48 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone.
