Bad equipment, bad customer service roadside (phone), less training and knowledge front desk dealer, bad billing for still charging first bad truck, and jumped up the price for replacement truck.

STEPHEN NI had an 8 am reservation to pick up truck at spruce hills on Sunday morning. I called to confirm on Friday how the remote pick up would work and was assured a truck would be ready for me at 8. It was not. I called and was able to get a truck at a different location (gas spot) and, although they were friendly, they couldn’t get my information loaded and pick up took almost an hour and included me making a phone call to headquarters. I had my loving helpers li we up at 8 am and didn’t get the truck home until after 9am. It was frustrating and inconvenient. I asked for a discount and was assured a manager would contact me within 48 hours and I have yet to hear from anyone.
