They said I was going to get some of my money back if I returned it before the 3rd day of the rental. I did not get anything back. Don’t say something if you’re not going to keep your word. Other than that it was a decent place and the help was friendly.

My experience with renting my truck from T&S Services was awesome and using Monroe Moving Solutions, I found through U-Haul. I was very pleased with the service I received, from the two moving helpers! I would recommend them both.

RONALD LI had a reservation at a closer U-Haul but I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and lock the office and give me my keys but no one showed up to work. So I called corporate office and they gave me this Davidson location which worked out terrific. Plus they said that they would refund me some funds because the other location that I booked at didn't open for work. That it's very kind and I sure appreciate that because it put me an hour and a half behind moving that day and I didn't want to be moving in the dark. Thank you U-Haul for always being there because I've used your services many a times.
