It was easy to pickup the truck and easy to drop off.
Cheryl SThe truck was filthy and sticky inside the cabin. The cabin also smelled horribly of BO. The back of the truck had a ton of dirt inside, nails, and napkins that had to be cleaned before I could put my items inside it. There was only one truck at this site so I had no other option than to take the truck and clean it myself. I don't understand why I had to drive 30 minutes away when there were several UHauls close to my house. The online reservation is a joke.
Esther BI honestly have nothing I can even pull from that needed improvement with my experience. I had the best customer service agents. The friendliest and most helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been so respected and like family to all three of the people I had to interact with. An amazing experience and amazing people. Thank you so much
