This was a store/ gas station and U-Haul rental location . The woman was kind, courteous and helpful even though she had multiple customers. Great job!
Kirt BVehicle was dirty, in the cab and cargo box, only had 1/4 tank of fuel at pick up. Staff could not log into system to retrieve my reservation.
Eric SMy experience was horrible, I got a reservation at a location that didn’t have any trucks. Then I was sent to another location that “had a truck there” when I got there, there was NO truck there. Then I had to drive 20 miles to another location to get a truck. The final location was helpful.
Evan BThey were rude. Didn't honor the price uhaul told us for the bigger truck since no one had the size we requested. Even after we told them they weren't supposed to charge the $10 more and uhaul had it in notes
