When I went to pickup my scheduled truck the worker inside the store handed me the keys without telling me any information. I walked outside to find my truck and didn’t know which one it was. I walked back inside to ask for clarification and the employee that needed to help me had left the store to go across the street to the Casey’s gas station to make a purchase for himself. When he returned he pointed out to me which truck was supposed to be mine and then walked away. He didn’t check anything about the truck or helped to unlock it. I tried the keys that were suppose to work but they didn’t, when I went back to the employee to ask for help again I had to wait again before he finally helped me. He was overall very rude and impatient like he didn’t want to be bothered to do his job. I will not be renting one from this location again and I will pass along my experience to everyone else.

Not necessarily the workers fault, but the location did get robbed during the 10 min duration I was there to pick up the truck.
