No one was at the facility that knew anything about Uhaul. Had to speak to someone on the phone to complete the rental. The person there said they could not connect the trailer due to liability so we had to connect it ourselves. The hitch latch was broken/bent but the guy said to take it anyway. Worst uhaul experience and this facility should not be allowed to be a uhaul place.
