Angela DI ordered my pick up to be in Sanford but was called the day before and told that it wasn't going to ready at the time I planned to pick up so I had to go to Debary to pick up the truck. It was a small run down gas station and the employee told me he didn't have the dolly I needed for the move. He reimbursed me for the dolly but I was frustrated knowing I would have to find a dolly before I could get started. I called multiple locations which didn't have any dollys. I was very upset to have this inconvenience on a very stressful moving day. Once I got to the house and opened the back, there was a dolly and blankets. So all the stress of trying to figure out what to do was pointless. I was relieved to have a dolly, but annoyed that I spent the previous hour calling around and worrying about how I was going to make the move work without one.
