This pickup location appeared more like an abandoned business. Why are damaged cars , and a large pile of ground asphalt blocking the parking area for the U-Haul equipment? A low priority on the appearance to the public was noted.

Overcharged, under delivered! When we pulled up I had to do a double take, I wasn’t sure it was a real U-Haul location, just looks dodgy. Staff were friendly. I’m so tired of companies getting you in with fake advertising, and have you walk away with something that costs 3X what you thought it would.
