The business owner is very unprofessional and appeared to be bothered by the process. He stated that UHAUL is an hassle and he does not like the partnership. Also, the vehicle that was originally assigned for my reservation had an homeless black male sleeping in the driver seat as I approached the vehicle which honestly scared the living crap out of me. As the owner dealt with this individual, he did not want to wake up and exit the vehicle which took up unnecessary time in the process. So I had to contact customer service to change the vehicle and they were a great help might I add. After the guy did exit the vehicle was trashed with snacks, snack wrappers and wasted juice or some kind of liquid. VERY VERY DISPLEASED and not to mention my total came out to be nearly $100 and that is truly absurd as I was literally in possession of the vehicle for less than 1 hour.

David HPicking up the vehicle from this location did not incur any issues, although I was not provided any type of printed rental contract. Upon return of the vehicle to this location there were no clear instructions on how to close out the rental contract. Someone other than who I dealt with upon pick-up instructed me to place the key in the return box on the front of the building. I was unable to receive anything printed advising the vehicle had been turned in, or that my rental contract was closed out. It was not until the end of my 6 hour window that I received an e-mail confirming the end of my rental period.
