steve nI had gotten charged twice but called the uhaul place and got it taken care of
Willie WI didn’t not receive what I asked for nor was it easy getting the truck it barely had gas in it and my drop of time was not updated
Altiar FI am not a technology geek, but I was told by the cashier that I have to do the booking over the phone by going to Uhaul.com, NO one at the counter knew how to help me when I was struggling with all the run arounds. One NICE girl tried to help me, but she couldn't finish the reservation either. After struggling for 45-50 minutes, I called 1800 number to complete the reservation. It took about 10 more minutes to complete the transaction. I will NEVER EVER VISIT this location for Uhaul needs. I will visit any other store where a person is helping me from start to finish.
