I rented this trailer the day before and received confirmation at 3:54 PM the following day…. when I went to pick up the Trailer they were in the process of renting it out to another customer. I had to go to a an ordeal of showing them the confirmation That I had this trailer already rented. they told me I wasn’t in the system therefore, it wasn’t reserved. When I finally made contact with uhaulcom a gentleman by the name of John that I finally received any type of results it was an horrible experience. I definitely don’t recommend this to any other customer.
