Improve the app. Did mobile check in but it took over 10 mins and I still didn’t get approved. The store manager saw the frustration and finished the check out process in her computer. She was an experience saver.

Truck was not in good shape. Had window seal surrounding front drivers door hanging and unattached. Had to go back to location twice to get back door key which was not provided initially.
