Glenns Auto Repair is amazing. The rental process was quick and painless, the trailer was ready, and I was on the way to load up in no time. What made the experience with Glenns Auto so amazing is they took the time to explain and demonstrate the hook-up so that I was comfortable with the process and they turned the car hitch around so that it worked better. The next morning, being fully loaded and ready for a very long trip home, I decided to stop at Glenns Auto where they double checked to make sure all was still good for the long drive home. They were so patient, kind and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars!

This location tried to refuse to accept the drop-off even though it was specified in the contract. He stated that he had been told by UHaul not to accept any more drop-off's and I'd have to find somewhere else. After I consulted with the pick-up location, I dropped it off anyway and took pictures to document that I had.

JOEL BSomehow my reservation was cancelled, but not by me. Fortunately, they had a trailer there for me. Not sure how it was cancelled- my estimated pick-up time was 11:30, got there at 12:00, but I received a call just about when I arrived wondering where I was. I was unaware the timing was so precise. I had a 3-1/2 hour drive to get to Del Norte & was off on my arrival time by 30 minutes. Thought I would get a little leeway on that. In any case, Glenns was able to accommodate my, so no issues. The trailer was in decent shape.
