I reserved the vehicle 5 days before I needed it. The location of pickup was confirmed via my phone app as well as email. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was "no record" of my reservation at that location. Further investigation revealed that the reservation/pickup was "transferred" to another, much farther away location which I did not have the time to travel to due to a tight schedule. It took almost an hour and a half of phone calls to finally be able to rent one of the vehicles at my preferred location which was literally 30 feet away. This was unacceptable.

The phone customer service registration and id verification with the main customer service took too long. The van was ok but needed a good Valium as chips were on the crevice of seats and empty bott I es begind /under driver seat. Which i removed myself. There was an additional charge of $19.99 which no one explained to me . When the rental is $19.99 plus miles.
