When I went in to reserve the Uhaul, the gentlemen there was so nice and helpful. I had trouble getting someone to drop me off so I called and asked if I could get keys then truck after they closed. The lady working was very kind and generously allowed it. When I went their computer went down and then rebooted. We ended up chatting and I actually enjoyed the time very much! Honestly, normally I would have been irritated but I didn't mind at all. My only suggestion, not complaint, is that there isn't a space for anyone to park and when I returned the uhual I was almost in the road bcz of limited space for their uhual and knowing if something happened it would be on me made me very nervous. Over all great experience!!!

We were suppose to get the truck at 10 am but they were not there when we got there they didn't get there to open till 10:35.
