BELVA RU-Haul Corporate changed from the original pickup location to this one. The ladies were wonderful but did not have the blankets I had ordered. It did not show up on the reservation. The U-Haul website also said $5 per day for insurance , then $7, but I was charged $8 per day. U-Haul corporate needs to get it together. For the blankets I had to go to another location who were able to assist. No fault of the pick up location, but the catch for one of the doors was put on backward and the door could not be secured open. Also damage to the fender. The trailer was clean otherwise. This was noted at drop off.
