U-Haul Corporate changed from the original pickup location to this one. The ladies were wonderful but did not have the blankets I had ordered. It did not show up on the reservation. The U-Haul website also said $5 per day for insurance , then $7, but I was charged $8 per day. U-Haul corporate needs to get it together. For the blankets I had to go to another location who were able to assist. No fault of the pick up location, but the catch for one of the doors was put on backward and the door could not be secured open. Also damage to the fender. The trailer was clean otherwise. This was noted at drop off.

Rhonda SYour AI answering service did not connect me with an appropriate site. At the wrong site, he human there directed me to the site where I did find what I needed. Once I got there, 2Flips personnel quickly helped me and I was soon on my way! The address where I was mis directed is 200 N. Tone. Note they did nothing wrong but that is where I was directed by the stupid AI answering service. This location quickly located and reserved for me what I needed at the 2Flips location. Thank you to the HUMANS I dealt with! Very kind and courteous people! Thanks again!!!!
