The truck leaked water from the ceiling when it rain on my furniture and boxes and they over charged 79.00 on my account. I would not recommend them at all. And they also charged $15 for gas when we filled up the gas.

Spiffy Spa leaves a poor impression on the public about U-Haul
DAVID BDid what I needed to do, but the trailer could use some new wheel straps
ROBBY LThe location smelled like a dead animal inside with no ac. I was charged for things I didn't approve of like when I did my paperwork online I had chose the cheaper insurance but was charged the higher one. I only had the truck 6 hours and ended up paying 360 dollars so now I can't even afford to finish moving my stuff. The extra charges went through the next day on my account and bounced because no one called me to tell me anything about the extra charges. I thought local moving would be fairly cheap but it was far from it for an advertisement that says 40 bucks to rent.
JESSICA PI was charge a large and unexpected fee ($181) after drop off. Truck was returned clean, undamaged, and fueled the to the required level. Unless the charge is removed, I will not use nor recommend U-Haul in the future.
