the remote pickup was glitchy and there was no way to correct an issue once begun. I was charged for a dolly and it was not in the truck which was never adjusted on my bill, I was kicked out of the program several times. Just difficult to do with just AI, since AI is not all that smart.

This feedback is more for u-Haul than the location. The code for the lock never came, I had to call u-haul for help. Maybe make the code accessible in the app after you submit everything in it?
Zachary PI was charged to fill gas tank upon return despite having 1/4 tank of gas as received when I rented the vehicle.
