Vehicle was low on oil
Pilar CMy pickup location was changed without my permission, so it was a huge inconvenience to drive even further away and waste more of my time to pick up the truck. The location it was switched to also had none of the supplies I had already ordered and paid for, so I had to go out of my way again to pick up the supplies. This is the last time I will be using Uhaul. I am very disappointed.
Caitlin SThe truck was dirty and the gas tank was half full. The check in process was a hour long joke and no one onsite offered sufficient help. The experience with this Uhaul location was beyond awful.
Ruby SSilly to have this rating be for the location. The location is 100% not involved in my experience. I went in to rent a truck and was told, "call the 800 #, get the app". That was the help. Period, Took me an hour to get help through 800# and get the app loaded and executed completely. VERY CUMBERSOME! Especially when it is 10 degrees outside and your fingers quit working because you are so cold.
