Location was a little odd, but it was absolutely seamless pickup once there. No need to speak to anyone, picked up and dropped off using the app. Truck was brand new, under 500 miles, and clean. Would definitely use them again.

Location was confusing to find, and the lockboxes were not clearly visible. Plus I was unaware of the setup that you have to do prior to picking up the UHaul. Making this more clear would help! Sorry just being honest.

Alefew TDONT DO IT!! Didn’t supply equiptment, but charged me for it. There is no building or customer service person to talk to- had to do the move without a dolly. Charge .40 cents a mile driven- which is a scam. The truck was sticky when I received it and they charged ME 25$ for mentioning it was dirty. I don’t care how convenient this location is- it’s not worth it.
