I made a reservation the day before I needed to pick up the rental, when I arrived, none of my equipment was assigned. Once customer service assigned the equipment, the keys were not available until the store location opened, which was an hour and half after my scheduled pick up. I was not refunded for the time I didn’t get to use the rental
Jordan GI did not receive all of the blankets I reserved. I asked for a dozen but there were only 3 in the truck.
Paige RThe tires were not well maintained and caused us to get stuck and slip everywhere on the roads. The truck also started rolling backwards at the top of a hill. It was very unsafe and roadside assistance said they couldn’t help.
