You need to update your location for drop off. I went to the original drop off location only to find out they didnt accept them anymore. I went over miles driving to the next drop-off location.

REED CEmily helped me on a day I was in great need of a truck for moving. U-Haul system was down and she used her personal cell phone to get the rental secured. She was very friendly and needs to be commended by you for her efforts. You need more people like her representing you.
Greg HPickup location was fine. However return instructions on receipt was different than app instructions. No drop box at drop off location. No way to open gate to return truck safely. Several calls to optimist storage and U-Haul went unanswered Had to wait on someone visiting the return site to open gate so I could return the truck. Generally a very unpleasant return experience
