I would let the next customer know, that if you need to drop Uhaul equipment off after hours. the key drop is inside the locked gate if no one is in the office, which makes absolutely no sense to me. We had to leave a truck with a trailer where we had to tow a vehicle 4 hours, parked at their locked gate ... as we had no other option, and no one to answer the phone to let them know what we had done. We made sure UHaul knew what we had done so that we weren't charged over-time fees, etc. ... so it all worked out, but it was a bit stressful until we knew the truck was checked in and safe.
