Not the equipment I scheduled. If you don’t have the truck then don’t show it online to book. Struggled with my move with the dinky cargo van. Thanks for nothing. I hope you choke on my 160 dollars!
John KMore clearly let the renter know that you must fully complete the online ordering process before pickup because the pickup location does not assist you with any of that. When I approached the counter at the Exxon the person behind the counter asked me for the key number! Where and why would I know that? After another 45 minutes and my completing the order from my car I went back into the Exxon and this time the person behind the counter called his contact (I assume at the local UHaul) and he was able to assist me and provide the key number. All UHaul pickup locations should have a qualified UHaul person helping their customers.
Frederick rYou should pull your trucks from this location!! I asked for counter pick up (not mobile), and the man was rude and refused to help me. I had to call the 800 U-Haul number and have an associate assist me with mobile pick up.....they are destroying your business!!!
