I reserved a 15 foot truck, and was rented a 12 foot truck at the 15 foot truck rate. The cab of the truck was dirty, obviously not cleaned anytime in the recent past. I won't rent a truck from them again.

The self service option is awful. The app UI itself isn't bad, but it doesn't work half the time and it's a pain to have to repeat steps (i.e. retake pictures of vehicle). Self-serve should receive a discount as we are not utilizing paid employees, and the app isn't QA tested well enough.
