George LSelf check-in process is a disaster, no WiFi at the location, wasted 45 mins trying to check-in. Finally called UHaul and spoke to very nice, helpful rep.
Margaret GWhile the location was great the 24/7 rental experience was horrible. It took almost two hours to get through it. I confirmed everything online ahead of time and when we arrived in the morning we were unable to pick up the vehicle until we were verified by calling three different people because we were renting with an out of state license. This should have been done or we could’ve been told this prior to the arrival.
