Pat HNo one in the office. The guy next door told me he would take card of everything. They didn’t check the truck in until the next day after dispatch called me and asked where I dropped them off They screwed me over and claimed I didn’t refill the gas where I was supposed to.

STEVEN NU-Haul was blocked in by a car. We had to push a trailer out of the way to get the truck out. also the back of the truck was very dirty. we had to clean it before we could use it. when we returned the truck, staff was not very savvy on customer service
