The rental process was problematic and I had to call to get my rental when I got there took 30 extra minutes. They said they didn't have the truck I reserved... just uughhh

Stop using my information on other customers. They used my email address to service another customer and rent them equipment. I have the whole contract agreement on my email. If they don’t return the equipment and my email is linked to their account I won’t have the privilege to rent anything because of the theft of my information being used against my will.
