I was told I have a full coverage on their U-Haul and I went into accident and I didn’t have a full coverage. I told The convenience store I need move safe plus and he told me that’s the highest I have coverage I put for you and he closed my file without checking in the car if it was hit or not I need somebody pleased to contact me as soon as possible. UKABEL YI returned it with refilling the gas at the level they gave me, but still they charged me for gas.
SHAHIDALI SI have booked u haul on 1555 Warden Ave at 4pm . I went to location at 5pm. Office was closed nobody was there to assist me. When i called customer service she disconnected my call. I was getting email from last two days that somebody will call me to confirm the u haul before 4pm but never ever i got any call. If they cancelled my booking without even contacting me. Very bad service. I have search other location to get other u haul and 2 hours was wasted just because of negligence from u haul customer service department.
