David NPlace instructions for rental & return. Get cell service as electronic checkout in cellphone dead area for ATT doesn’t work. Location is dirty with used oil containers in front of key box.
JOHN TThings started out a little rough. I called the initial pick-up locaiton and everything was confirmed and then landed in Ann Arbor the next day to a phone call saying my location and truck size had changed. The new location was pretty remote and cell service was spotty. Took about 30 minutes to get the truck. Once all that was taken care of the truck was great and the drop-off was just fine.
