I dropped off the truck on a Sunday so I did not see any personnel. They were quick to check in my rental early the next morning. No complaints from me.

Philip JI returned here and no one was there! So I called my original place I rented from and they told me about the app! I did it but it took 3 days to get it straightened out that I had actually returned it in time! I was helped by a sweet lady Julie who apparently is at a return place also about a mile away!
JERRY MThe truck did not have the blankets or dolly we ordered with the truck, so we had to go to a separate location to get the blankets and dolly. We had movers standing around for 30 min idle..
