Ronnie BThe truck rode extremely rough, the check engine light was on, the brakes screamed anytime they were even slightly tapped (VERY DANGEROUS) they had my reservation price wrong apon arrival, they didn't have the truck I needed and had to use a bigger one which barely fit down the roads and the driveway I needed to use, overall poor experience, and extremely disappointed in what I paid for
TEMPEST LNothing. Policy and Procedures work well and are user friendly! It you have extra money to give: let it go to you employee who does all the work to pickup a vehicle. Pleased for great customer service! Thank you
DANA SInsufficient parking for customers. Computer messed up my correct address and return information. All apps to return trailers after hours were not useful.
