SCOTT SThis lady was very unprofessional. I also would like to say that I received a text from another U-Haul dealership to turn it in at their location. I did not know if it was a scam so I turned it back into the location. I rented it from and I do think that is very unprofessional as well. Will not use U-Haul again.
