RENTING AND RETURNING EQUIPMENT PROCESS EXCELLENT. I RESPONDED YES TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING CLEAN AND MAINTAINED; HOWEVER, THE PREVIOUS RENTER LEFT 1/2 OF A RATCHET STRAP AND SOME RUST ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRAILER.

I was charge for reservations fee plus the day’s rental on the same did a couple of hours apart. they said the reservation fee would be credited back and it has not
