Not a big isuue but i always get a text from corporate i think wanting to verify my license plate before i go. The last two times i rented i’m already gone and dont see it until the next day. Not a big issue but sort of annoying. Everything else was excellent

Have the trailers spaced out more, for ease of removing rented trailers from line. My trailer was close to another trailer and was not able to pull trailer away without moving the other trailer by hand.

DOUGLAS GRENTING AND RETURNING EQUIPMENT PROCESS EXCELLENT. I RESPONDED YES TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING CLEAN AND MAINTAINED; HOWEVER, THE PREVIOUS RENTER LEFT 1/2 OF A RATCHET STRAP AND SOME RUST ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRAILER.
ROGER GI was charge for reservations fee plus the day’s rental on the same did a couple of hours apart. they said the reservation fee would be credited back and it has not
