They were closed due to no air conditioning and I was dispatched out of Amarillo. This was after my reservation was moved from Borger to Fritch. The trailer connector and tongue were sitting in the mud so I had to purchase electronics cleaner and dielectric grease to establish a solid connection and clean the tongue end to prevent wear on my ball. The pre inspection link timed out due to me having to drive to Borger to purchase these items and when I requested another link, I received an error.

The representative at the store went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to rent a truck with a tow. They even stayed a few minutes past their shift to make sure everything was taken care of and completed successfully.
Jesseica LThere was no one at the location to pick up the keys and it took them over 45 minutes to arrive with the keys once we finally got ahold of someone. We wsited an hour in total. Then the truck was dirty inside the cab and when I started it up the check engine light was on.
