I was overcharged for an extra day , rented truck at 9am and was told to bring it back by 1:30 pm I said I will be back before 5pm

ARNOLD SThey seem to have no knowledge of how U-Haul works, I didn't receive confirmation of drop off or really anything. When I tried to rent from them they had no idea what they had available! U-Haul needs to rethink this location.
SHELLEY KConfusion on how tolls are handled. Still not sure if the bill goes to UHAUL with penalty? I did the mail pay so hopefully no issues
