Luis helped me when I picked the trailer up. He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. His customer service was excellent. If he did not take the time to help me, I would not have figured out how-to rent the trailer. The process was confusing and the app is a bit buggy.
JOSEPH RI do not recommend this place to anyone. There was no one in the office at my scheduled reservation time. They made me wait for an hour. For the other equipment I rented, they sent me to another U-Haul location. Even the employees at the other U-Haul location complained about this place and this man. I definitely do not recommend it, and I will be filing a complaint as well.
