Rental truck was trashed, fuel hand was low. Customer service was terrible, I called the store back explaining it was not clean and he hung up on my face! Highly dissatisfied! I use U-haul frequently when I need to use moving services. I spent $200 on a poor service!!!

My U-haul wasn’t ready at my pick up time, I also returned my uhaul before the time it was due and they still charged me the full amount.
