They need to answer the phone line for communication ..I need a breakdown of charges and to let them know information and have not been able to talk to them.

IGOR GThe guy running the pickup location has a bad back and had no other help so I have to lift the tongue and hook the trailer up. If it had been my wife or an older person there would have been no way to do this.
