Uhaul app did not work correctly or not at all
Ronald WBetter communication to location on where truck is located the day of pickup . Original supposed to be at a different location. Truck was not at this location. Had to do a lot of waiting to find out where the truck was really at. The second location were the truck was poor with customer service service and truck had a damaged bumper on driver side . Weren’t sure if bumper would stay attached. Drop off location customer service was great. Had delays in returning due to weather . Worked with us on this.
CHARLES FHave equipment reserved on line available at time of pickup. Two other rental locations open according to online advertisement and “OPEN “ brightly shining in the front window were not open. Boo on U-Haul.
James BProcess was easy I should've got the 15ft had to make 2 trips on move but experience was good! I have stage 4 breast cancer and this made my move easier
