Id asked about chains and straps the lady assured me that the chains and straps were on the trailer. When I loaded the vehicle there were no chains and straps. I called and the the same lady then told me that chains and straps weren't included. I feel if a customer asks about something like chains and straps they should be told the truth for safety reasons.

The location is not very convenient because the U-Haul vehicles are parked very far from the actual office. So you either need to park in the fire lane and risk being towed/ticketed or walk 1-2 minutes each way to check in in the office, then go to the U-Haul parking area in order to hook up the trailer, then drive back so that they can take a picture of the hookups prior to you leaving. It took about 20-30 minutes in total.
OLUFEMI BDid an after hours drop off. Everything was self explanatory. The return process was quick and easy. The communication with the mail store with uhaul is lacking. Uhaul called me two days later to see if I still had the truck. I returned the truck the same day it was rented. I completed the return through the text message, but was still called because the mail store didn't do their part. Nevertheless, I'd repeat the process again. It was easy and hassle free. A bit pricy, but what isn't these days. Truck was nice and clean too...

MORIS WI usually use Penske because they have a liftgate and I usually need a gate. Yesterday I did not need a liftgate and went to U-Haul and you are considerably more expensive. I did call corporate to see if you had any additional discounts and was not able to get additional discounts. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to U-Haul.
