This was not the original location. my location was originally the Hwy 5 address Douglasville Ga. Which was additional 17 miles away. The store representative was so rude after she told me my reservation was moved to Paulding County . The transfer cost me additional estimated 30.00 dollars. I was not given an option because I was told at the last minute. It caused all time of moving issues,time and money. We miss the appointment with the. utility company to turn on the gas . My daughter sleep there with no hot water. So it was a terrible experience. How ever the Ridge Rd location tried to make it right. But could so U-Haul service was poor at best

Truck needs to be checked out , area manager needs to get on same page with the store and put notes in account when he talks to customers . Location sucks
