The McDaniels are great folks and very helpful.
JOSEPH Swe were told that the office would be available for return on Wednesday Nov.26 by 2:00 pm.we brought it back by the time stated and the office was already closed.our driver attempted to use the app to return the vehicle to no avail.phone numbers were also listed to assist in return but no one took the calls.poor communication for management at this location.we will not use or recommend them in the future.
LAZARO IThe drop off scenario was a bit frustrating because the promps were not allowing me to get from step one to step complete quick enough. I had to restart several times before completing. Everything else was great!
