The location, representative and service could not have been better. The self pick up was horrible. The equipment (truck) was clean and worked out well. Good value. The tech assistant on the phone was very helpful, he cut the delay down to 45 minutes. After arriving at the lot, it took 45 minutes to actually get on the road. This after doing the reservation in person, giving a credit card and I D. This ridiculous system made me late to my meeting. I will never use it again.
