Using the self service wasn’t easy. I don’t think I had good WiFi in the area. Rental a truck from a location with an actual person is more efficient! I’m extremely UPSET that I was billed twice for the same amount, I contacted customer service and she told me they were pending charges and one would drop in three to five days. I’m going to be even more mad if I receive a third charge for the actual amount. I’ve rented through Uhaul numerous times over the past 10 years and have never had this happen before.
