We found that we needed to rent the u-haul for another day beyond our original agreement. They accommodated us without a special charge for extending the agreement. The truck was clean and explained everything we needed to know in a brochure that was supplied to us. The truck was almost full of gas and in good operation. The online service was a welcomed feature for the rental.
